Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the FreedOCD mobile application and dashboard (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Educational Purpose Only: FreedOCD provides self-help tools, OCD tracking, and educational exercises. It does not provide medical, psychological, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

No Doctor-Patient Relationship: Your use of this app does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional healthcare relationship.
- •
Consult a Professional: Always seek the advice of your physician, psychiatrist, or qualified mental health provider with any questions regarding a medical or psychological condition. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read on FreedOCD.

No Emergency Services: FreedOCD is NOT a crisis response service. The app is not monitored by clinical staff and cannot respond to medical emergencies.

Immediate Help: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thinking about suicide, or feel you may be a danger to yourself or others, please immediately call 988 (in the US/Canada), visit your nearest emergency room, or contact your local emergency services.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service (or older, depending on the minimum age of digital consent in your country).

Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of our servers and networks.

Our Content: All content, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software code within FreedOCD are the exclusive property of FreedOCD and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the app strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

"As Is" Basis: FreedOCD is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreedOCD and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this screen and updating the "Last Updated" date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app operator is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
